I recently sold my Delta/Rockwell wood lathe and decided to replace it with a homemade bowl lathe. Here are some basic specifications.


  2 in diameter spindle.
  Headstock made from 7 in square tube with 3/8 wall.
  2 poly-v (serpentine) belts with jackshaft power train
  VFD and 2 HP 3 PH motor.
