I just finished building an oscillating belt sander. It uses a 3" x 80" belt and has a 5/8 inch oscillation stroke. It oscillates about 30 strokes per minute. It also has a drum sander mount on the drive drum. The table can be tilted to 45 degres and well as raised and lowered.
